Entry fee: Adults and youths over 14 years £38, Youths 10 to 14 year olds free, but must be full club members and accompanied at all times by a parent (parent must pay adult entry)

£5 One Event Licence Available

For youths wanting to use full loop need to be accompanied by responsible fee paying adult at all times and should at no point be out of sight of responsible adult.

Anyone purchasing Day membership or/and day licence will need to fill out appropriate forms and must show photographic proof of identity and address

We’ll only be accepting online entries One Event Licences are available, Paid online only, at time of entering.

All riders must sign on at the black gazeebo where anyone needing day membership and one day licence forms

Hemet and body cameras are not permitted, cameras secured to bikes are permitted.

Concussion :-“I undertake to notify the club of any recent (within the last 23 days) concussion injury and will produce a doctor’s note to state I am able to compete in the event” .The Doctors note to state “The rider is no longer suffering the consequences of concussion”.

No Power washing allowed at the event.

Exceeding walking pace in blue tape area-Exclusion

Course cutting or any other very dodgy practices – Exclusion

Smoking in refueling area – Exclusion

PLEASE DO NOT DROP LITTER ANYWHERE IN THE PARKING AREAS OR ON THE COURSE THIS IS FARM LAND, Please no riding in the parking area.

ALL RUBBISH TO BE TAKEN HOME!!!
